Editing Template:Issue

This template gives a link to an issue in the LilyPond bug tracker.  The simplest usage is

 <nowiki>{{Issue|1234}}</nowiki>

which results in {{Issue|1234}}.  However, it is also possible to provide a replacement for the word ‘Issue’ like the following

  <nowiki>{{Issue|1234|very famous Issue}}</nowiki>

to get {{Issue|1234|very famous Issue}}.
