Customized drum “pitch” names (suitable for a custom drum style, for example) may be used both in printed and MIDI output by defining such variables as <code>drumPitchNames</code>, <code>drumStyleTable</code> and <code>midiDrumPitches</code>, as demonstrated here.

In short, this snippet
