IMHO the answer is no. \parenthesize doesn't allow the fine-tuning necessary to get good output with slanted objects. It might sense, however, to improve the documentation, mentioning \parenthesize. -- Lemzwerg (talk) 06:17, 1 February 2026 (UTC)
